Every workspace is isolated at the database level. One rep's agent physically cannot access another rep's data—it's a scoped query on every single operation. Your agent uses your CRM credentials.
Permission inheritance means BlueReef never has more access than the person it works for. Agent operations are bounded by design. They can create notes and log calls, but they cannot delete records or export data.
Every automated or approved action is written to an append-only audit log. If something looks wrong, you can trace it back to the exact input that caused it.
