Common questions

What do BlueReef agents actually do?

They watch every deal for what matters — a call that wraps, an email that lands, a meeting that books — then handle the prep, follow-ups, and CRM updates automatically. Your reps sell. Everything else is done for them.

Is this usage-based pricing?

Absolutely — you only pay for work that's performed. No credits are used until something is analyzed, produced, or updated. Idle agents never cost you a thing; you're paying for output, not access.

How does the agent learn our sales motion?

You define it. Your sales process is built in BlueReef — the stages, what each one requires, and the resources it carries — and every agent follows it. Teams can each run their own process, so enterprise, mid-market, and SMB aren't forced into one template. From there, any piece of content the agent produces is yours to shape: attach a prompt to steer how it's written, or a template to lock the format.

Can reps and managers override what the agent does?

Always. Every drafted email, CRM update, and suggested next step is reviewable before it ships. Reps approve, edit, or skip. Managers see the full audit trail. The agent never sends without sign-off you've explicitly enabled.

How long does rollout take?

Most teams are live in 5–10 business days from contract. Agent runtime, CRM sync, and integration mapping happen in parallel — your reps don't wait on procurement to start seeing value.

Are you a CRM?

Not at all. BlueReef sits on top of Salesforce or HubSpot and writes back bi-directionally. Reps stay in their existing flow; the agent does the work that used to land in their inbox.
